There are a lot of lessons swirling around me these days. Pretty much the same ones that are always there, trying to get my attention. Learning to let go, learning to live one day at a time, learning to trust that I can handle whatever I need to, learning to let go of the outcome.
If there's one thing I do know, it's that worrying does nothing but waste my energy, and that taking things one day at a time helps to keep things from overwhelming me. I am learning that letting go is probably the most important gift I can give myself. I feel like this is my chance, right now. This is my chance to let the lessons of life sink in, to reassure myself that it's ok to let go, that it's safe to let go, that if I can just let go everything will still be ok. So, let me ask. How do you let go? What works for you?
