Apologize for how you feel?.......







Never apologize for what you feel

It is okay to be sensitive.

It is okay to be "Emotional"

It is okay to to be sad, afraid or uncertain.

It's okay to cry

It doesn't mean you are being negative

It doesn't mean you are weak

It takes courage to be able to understand;

accept and acknowledge what you feel!



Never suppress your feelings because you are

too afraid of what others will "Think" of you


You are stronger than you think
