Sunday came and went. It was a day for catching up, washing area rugs, organizing closets, etc, really, anything but sitting still and thinking. Thinking about life and it's unfairness or it's amazing beauty
just was not on my mind today. Instead, it was a day to keep busy, to avoid sad thoughts of a friend
who recently passed away. Basically, its keeping busy, just to keep my minds off things I don't want to think about right now. It was just that kind of day.
How about you? Do you keep yourself busy so you don't think about things you don't want to think about?
I also watched a movie called "Food Inc." In a nutshell, It's a movie about the food industry and how it is run by just a few large conglomerates, and farmers grow corn for just about every single processed food made and have to run their farms according to set regulations that are mandated by these large food companies. Can you believe this crap goes on?
It truly is a great documentary, and I think everyone should see it. It will really open your eyes to
healthy living and our not so healthy food industry.
Thankful: That I live in the Midwest, and have access to fresh organic food
