I wasted my time on:

-pondering on things I can't change
-giving into the desire to crawl back into bed and sleep a few more hours
-letting the worries of the night negatively impact my thoughts all day
-going around and around and never settling in on things
-holding on a bit too tightly

I saved myself a little by:

-making my own flavored butter
-starting a new book just for me
-getting to yoga 4 days this week!
-watching what I eat very carefully
