Stromboli

2 loaves frozen bread dough
(I used 2 Trader Joe's refrigerated pizza dough)
2Tblspn Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic (or 1 minced clove)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
4 Tblspn olive oil
12 thin slices of ham
20+ slices of pepperoni
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 egg whites
tomato sauce for dipping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw and raise bread dough enough to spread
on greased cookie sheet (or let refrigerated pizza dough sit out for 20 minutes, then roll out in a long rectangle). Mix together Parmesan and next 6 ingredients; spread mixture onto dough. Cover with ham and pepperoni. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Roll up dough jellyroll style and place seam side down on greased cookie sheet.
Brush tops with egg whites. Make slits in the dough every inch or so. 
Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
