:: It makes me happy ::




For the past few weeks I have been making tiny notes about my monthly goals, and beside the usual stuff (exercise  moreeat healthier or read more books), I'm going to mix it up a bit! The plan is that each night before going to sleep I'll make a list of about 5 "things" that made me happy and gave me a warm fuzzy feeling that day! I read it somewhere that if you keep this up, it will change your whole outlook for the better. Now, really folks, how does that sound? I know. I'm going to keep going with this one, it gives me something to brighten up my journal too!  xo
